About the Facilitator
Mark Macellaro is a Senior Manager, Human Resources at Aspire Bakeries, where he serves as the lead HR Business Partner for an 800-employee, 24/7 manufacturing operation. In this role, he partners closely with site leadership to drive workforce strategy, employee relations, and organizational performance, while supporting large-scale hiring, talent development, and operational initiatives—including the successful launch of a new artisanal production line.
Mark brings nearly two decades of human resources and talent development experience across manufacturing, CPG, and healthcare industries. Prior to Aspire Bakeries, he held progressive HR and talent leadership roles at Campbell Soup Company, where he led talent strategy for the Snacks division and drove organizational development and culture initiatives. Earlier in his career, he built and scaled leadership development, engagement, and talent management programs at Lassonde Pappas and Stryker, supporting both U.S. and global organizations.
Across his career, Mark has focused on building strong leaders, high-performing teams, and practical, business-aligned HR strategies that enable growth and operational excellence.

About the Presenter
Alissa Davis is a seasoned food marketing executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across both B2B and B2C environments. With undergraduate and graduate degrees specializing in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University, she has built a career rooted in deep industry knowledge and a genuine passion for the food business.
Alissa has held senior leadership roles at Golden Waffles, Advanced Food Products, and J&J Snack Foods, and began her career with Hershey Foods, Information Resources (IRI), and Advantage Sales & Marketing. She now consults for a variety of food brands in both the foodservice and retail space and is excited to be an active member of NJFPA.
Her passion is transformational growth and problem solving, from the production floor with operations teams to the boardroom with CEOs, and everywhere in between.
Alissa resides in Cherry Hill with her husband, two teenage boys, and Labrador. She enjoys spending her free time on the sidelines of her sons’ sporting events and volunteering with local organizations such as the Cherry Hill Food Pantry and The Neighborhood Center in Camden.
