  • What is the impact on mask-wearing and social distancing with increased vaccination rates?

The NJFPA HR Roundtable Series continues this month as Melissa Eckstein (Gateway Regional High School) hosts our regular get-together. This series is an opportunity for HR professionals to have a candid conversation with colleagues to share success stories and work together through challenges that everyone faces.

Melissa is a guidance counselor at Gateway and a proud NJFPA member. Join us as Melissa brings her experience to facilitate a roundtable focusing on staffing challenges, how companies establish talent pipelines, and what more we can all do to make the food processing industry a preferred career.

The New Jersey Food Processors Association (NJFPA) helps its members navigate this new environment by convening round table discussions on key industry topics. These intimate off the record conversations give participants the chance to gain a deeper appreciation of current circumstances, ask pressing questions, and support each other in this still changing landscape. 

On Thursday, November 19th the conversation turns to the supply chain for the NJ food processing industry. Participants will talk about how the supply chain is holding up in the COVID-19 environment, get feedback on their challenges and explore what it will take, over the long term, to ensure that the supply chain holds strong in the face of our “new normal".
