There are three pre-requisite classes that need to be completed on-line from the FDA before taking this class. This is the one-day-required-in-person portion of the training that the FDA placed in-between the various on-line courses for obtaining the Food Defense Qualified Individual certificate.

This VIRTUAL format is a pilot program for two half-day sessions on the mornings of October 14 & 15, 2020. We do not know if this will be allowed to continue as a virtual class after completion of the pilot phase, take advantage of the opportunity! During this pilot, the class size is quite limited, so register ASAP.
