Virtual NJFPA Town Hall
Tuesday, April 07, 2020, 3:00 PM EDT
Category: NJFPA Events

These are unprecedented times for you, your families, your business, and your employees. Now, more than ever, Food Processors are critical. The success of our industry will have a major impact on the citizens of NJ and the country as a whole.

As members of the NJFPA, we are a community and are in this together.

We know there is a lot of information out there, whether it's CDC guidelines, communications from the Governor's office, etc...
That is why we are hosting a virtual NJFPA Town Hall on Tuesday, April 7th, beginning at 3:00 pm.

The goal of this event is to bring members together along with experts and business leaders to discuss the challenges impacting our industry due to the COVID-19 virus.

Topics to be discussed during the Town Hall will focus on the following:
  • How do we attract talent to our organizations given our current challenges?
  • How do we retain talent, limit absenteeism or call-outs, or entice our population to work in our facilities?
  • How do we continue to create a safe and healthy workplace within our plants?
This Town Hall will be primarily Q&A. This provides you with an opportunity to ask your important questions and get thoughts, opinions, or guidance from business leaders or experts so that you can make more informed decisions.

We hope that you can attend. Stay safe and healthy!

Email [email protected] with questions for the experts about your concerns with employment issues, the CARES Act, or safety within your plants.
